We provide crewing management for most types of ships, including tankers, bulk carriers, offshore fleets, and passenger ships.

With extensive experience in selecting seafarers, and with a database that includes more than 100,000 professionals, including ratings, deck officers, engine officers, ETOs and certified trainers we ensure a productive and effective partnership

Our seafarers comply with all IMO / ISPC / ISM rules and regulations and meet the requirements of STCW’95, ensuring their competence and safety on board.

We take pride in our commitment to compliance and safety, and we continuously strive to improve our standards.

Our crewing principals are in Odessa, Ukraine’s seaport town, which is the first for the number of seafarers in Ukraine. The strategic location allows us to access a large pool of highly skilled and experienced seafarers.

Experienced personnel for yachts are also provided with all ranks included, captains, deck / engine officers and hands, stewards and stewardesses.
